3. Level 2 — SEBI SCORES 2.0

If the response is not satisfactory, you may lodge a complaint on SEBI's SCORES 2.0 portal: https://scores.sebi.gov.in. Complaints against a Research Analyst are reviewed in two stages — first by the designated body (RAASB) and then by SEBI.

4. Level 3 — Online Dispute Resolution (SMART ODR)

If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided, you may file the complaint on the SMART ODR platform for resolution through online conciliation or arbitration: https://smartodr.in

5. Physical complaints
